Skylark consultants developed aviation activity forecasts for commercial and general aviation airports in the Commonwealth of Virginia Airport System. The activity forecasts are used to determine the required level of airport facility development needed to accommodate expected future demand in support of Virginia’s Air Transportation System Plan. Through the forecasting process, the team worked closely with the FAA on its data collection and methodologies to provide adequate assessment for both the commercial service activity and the general aviation activity.
