US Virgin islands airport redevelopment

Skylark provided advisory services in support of Vantage’s bid for the Public Private Partnership for the redevelopment of Saint Thomas’ Cyril E. King (“STT”) and Saint Croix’s Henry E. Rohlsen (“STX”) airports in the USVI.  Services included:

• A market analysis focusing in the economic and demographic profile of the USVI market, with particular attention on the tourism sector,

• Annual and quarterly passenger, general aviation, and military activity forecasts for STT and STX,

• Peak period passenger and general aviation activity for STT and STX, and

• An air service development strategy for STT and STX.
