Sue Mackenzie
Ferry Operations Expert
Until recently Sue was Operations and Business Transformation Director for P&O Ferries where she had responsibility for service delivery of front-end customer-facing areas in all the ports and was heading up the team that will transform the business for the future. Prior to joining P&O Ferries, Sue was Operations Director at London Luton Airport at a time that saw enormous growth following the launch of easyJet.
Sue’s early career was spent in the Army where she distinguished herself as the best student in her commissioning course at the Royal Military Academy Sandhurst and as the first female officer to serve with the Second Battalion Scots Guards.
Sue has a BSc (Hons) in Agricultural Science, an MSc in Emergency Planning Management and completed the General Management Programme at Harvard Business School.
