Skylark’s consultants were engaged by GRU Airport to revise and update its bid traffic forecast and to develop several scenarios for financial planning and facilities planning.
The forecast development process included an update to the top-down economic assumptions in Brazil, as well as a bottom-up analysis of airlines and routes that would be added or eliminated over the forecast period.
Skylark consultants worked closely with airport management to deliver a detailed forecasting model and report to support their decisions.
