Members of the Skylark team advised Instar Capital and Partners Group to develop a business plan in support of their bid for San Juan Luiz Muñoz Marín International Airport. The scope of advisory services included activity forecasts, a commercial development plan, and an operations and management plan.
Skylark’s consultants conducted a due diligence of the asset that included a review of historical activity, commercial revenue development and operating expenditures.
