Members of the Skylark team provided strategy advice to the new owners of the primary Rio airport. The owners needed support to achieve their challenging business plan. A review of current revenue and cost performance was undertaken, with recommendations presented to senior management. Following agreement of the strategic approach, implementation plans including budget, timescales and milestones was created and presented to departmental managers to gain their buy-in prior to a full roll-out.
