Marcus is an experienced industry veteran with over two decades expertise supporting investors and airport management unlock hidden value through operational improvement. His specific background and experience in Retail and Airport Commercial Development is used to lead the Commercial work streams in all assignments. Marcus has carried out significant commercial development projects at Luton Airport as an executive director resulting in 30% + revenue per passenger growth, and as a director of Bristol, Rome and Birmingham airports. Most recently he was involved in the transition management of London City Airport and Toulouse Airport for new investors and implemented major retail development and new commercial strategies at both airports. Marcus’ experience as practitioner, principal and adviser will help inform this project through his extensive network of contacts and relationships with key stakeholder groups in particular the commercial sector.
He has a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Surrey University and a Bachelor of Science (BSc. Hons) from Bristol University.

Ken has successfully managed projects throughout Asia, the Caribbean, Europe, the Middle East, and North and South America. Ken is an expert in activity forecasting and business plan development. He focuses on legal and economic analyses of commercial and airport issues, with particular emphasis on operating economics, the regulatory system, and the international competitive framework of the industry. He also has a wealth of experience in the use of aviation statistics to forecast aviation activity, air service development, and airline and airport revenue, tourism development and wider stakeholder management issues.
Ken earned a Juris Doctor from the University of Texas School of Law, and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Wesleyan University. He is fluent in Spanish.

Mark is an aviation advisor with over twenty years of experience helping clients understand and optimise their business, and supporting them on both the buy and sell side of aviation sector transactions. Mark's areas of specialisation include business case analysis, cost and revenue forecasting, airport regulation, and financial modelling. He has worked on projects in Europe, Asia, the Middle East, North and South America, and Africa.
Mark has a Master’s degree in Engineering Science from Oxford University.
Senior Vice President
Dr. Alexandre Bradley PhD, MPhil, BEng (Hons), CEng, MIMechE, has previously been an employee of BAA (formerly British Airport Authority) as Head of Terminal Development at Stansted Airport, UK and an airport planner with the International Air Transport Association (IATA) and was lead author and editor of the ninth edition of IATA’s Airport Development Reference Manual (ADRM). Alex has also published the Independent Airport Planning Manual, and the Handbook of Checked Baggage Screening. He has contributed significantly to the design of many airport projects around the world, and has over 27 years’ experience in baggage handling systems design and airport master planning and airport development.
Miltos is the lead analyst of the Skylark team based in London. A consultant with more than 4 years’ experience in the Aviation industry, Miltos has worked with clients around the world, developing analytical models that drive decision-making, with particular experience in Air Traffic Forecasting, Commercial Revenues Forecasting and Business Case development.
Miltos holds a MSc in Business Analytics & Consulting from Warwick Business School. He is fluent in English and Greek.
Senior Associate, Airport Retail Expert
Jeremy is a highly experienced airport manager and consultant with a deep appreciation of all aspects of airport management, in particular optimisation of airport operations, the development of commercial facilities within airport terminals and the optimisation of non-aeronautical revenues. He has worked at over 90 airports worldwide and key consultancy assignments include business planning, retail strategy development and commercial revenue forecasts at airports in the UK, Europe, South America, China, the Far East and the Middle East. Most recently Jeremy worked with a specialist design company to support Toulouse Airport’s revised retail and airside development strategy.

Paula started her career working in advertising sales and spent 17 years with JCDecaux Airport and has gained unparalleled experience and knowledge in airport advertising having worked extensively in many airports globally, driving additional income and value. With extensive experience both in advising national gateway airports and supporting smaller airports, providing due diligence, business plan modelling and benchmarking. She has working closely with multiple stakeholders, investors and airports including Heathrow, Luton Airport, Toulouse Airport, Heathrow Express, Eurostar, Westfield (US), Peel Airports, Newcastle Airport, Bristol Airport, SEA Milano, and Eurotunnel among others. Paula is Managing Director, Airports at Wildstone Capital.

Simon is Head of International Business at Leslie Jones Architects. He has a broad base of experience, working consistently in the UK and internationally on mixed-use and transportation projects. Simon is recognized for his expertise in the design and delivery of complex projects from the Master Planning stage through to completion. Simon brings over 20 years of project experience and is passionate about producing both good design alongside deliverable and commercially sound solutions. Simon relishes the challenge of working within the varied constraints of a project and is adept at finding innovative designs solution for his clients. He is leading the expansion of Leslie Jones internationally and the aviation sector with the recent appointment of Al Maktoum International Airport, Dubai. He has a recognized skill and experience for retail led mixed use projects and aviation retail solutions worldwide.
Senior Associate, Real Estate and Car Parking Expert
Chris specialises in the airport parking sector as a consultant and has been practitioner as Head of Commercial, Parking at London Gatwick Airport (World’s Largest Parking Operation) and Melbourne International Airport, Australia (Largest parking operation in the southern hemisphere). He has delivered a number of recent projects within the airport parking sector with extensive work at airports in the APAC region, UK, Europe and USA. Projects have included work at Belfast International Airport, Cairns Far North Queensland, London City Airport, Liverpool, Naples and Toulouse, France. Chris is experienced in working with funds and potential acquirers at Due Diligence stage and post-acquisition, advising management teams on strategy and implementation. Recent due diligence projects include UK regional airports, Slovenian privatisation, French privatisation and US airport acquisitions. More recently Chris was asked to develop a Car Parking solution for SITA and their client base of 440 airports.
Chris holds an International Master of Business Administration qualification that he undertook at Henley Business School in 2003.

On graduating with distinction in Law in 2000, Penny specialised in International, European and UK legislation at the University of Nottingham. With over 17 years’ experience, her working career started as legal adviser on conservation legislation, and after qualifying as a solicitor, she has focused on environmental risk for business and investors. Her specialist knowledge of Environmental Law has enabled her to direct and deliver numerous Property and Corporate Due Diligence services, both at a national and international level and for a wide range of sectors.
Penelope heads the Environmental Management and Due Diligence, Responsible Investment, Corporate Sustainability and H&S services at Ensphere Group Ltd, providing key input project direction of EHS Due Diligence and Auditing services, and Responsible Investment.
Senior Associate, Airline ans Airport Operations Expert
Luciano has successfully provided consultancy services to airport operators, airlines, investment funds, and financial institutions, focusing on business development in South America. His experience includes studies in airport concessions in Brazil, South America, and the Caribbean. Luciano is also experienced in airport retail, air service development, market intelligence, airline distribution system (GDS), process review, and demand forecast analysis.
He holds a Postgraduate degree in Logistics and Distribution from Fundação Instituto de Administração in São Paulo (FIA-SP), and a Master of Business Administration from ESPM -RJ.
Senior Associate, Maritime Expert
Tom is a maritime business strategy expert with a strong commercial background and technical foundation (Naval Architect). He has worked on and managed over 50 port, shipping and shipbuilding consultancy projects globally, covering most shipping sectors and including Buyer’s transaction advisory for Scandlines and Red Funnel. In addition, he has worked for blue chip shipowners including the Ray Shipping Group, a leading owner of car carriers. As Head of Research and part of the strategy team, he initiated and assessed new markets for entry and vessel acquisitions. His research was also instrumental in raising over $2 billion in debt finance. Furthermore, he covered technical and regulatory research and conducted vessel inspections in support of the Operations Director. His strength lies in combining his broad knowledge of commodity markets, technical, commercial, operational and financial aspects of ports, shipping and logistics to provide clients with fully integrated advisory.
Tom has an MSc in Shipping Management (distinction) and BSc in Naval Architecture from Delft University of Technology. He is also a Certified Stanford University Advanced Project Manager and has a certificate in Financial Management from Cornell University.
