Paine Field Due Diligence
Skylark was engaged to conduct a due diligence of Paine Field. At the time of the project, the airport had no commercial traffic, but was intended to become part of the Seattle metropolitan area’s airport system. Skylark acted as lead business plan advisor, providing the following services:
Market and economic analysis relevant to the airport
Route development
Investor grade traffic forecasts
Commercial development plans and forecasts
Forecasts of aeronautical and non-aeronautical revenues
Site visits and management meetings
Assessment of the airport’s management team
