Members of the Skylark team were engaged by ADC & HAS Airports Worldwide during the successful acquisition of the TBI assets, to provide due diligence services, including forecast and business plan development. Skylark services included:
A review of the seller’s activity forecasts;
Aeronautical and non-aeronautical revenue projections, and operational expenditure forecasts.
Skylark consultants have since regularly provided air service development consulting services to the airport management team.
