Skylark has been retained by Ontario International Airport Authority (“OIAA”) to provide advisory services in support of management’s evaluation of financing opportunities for fuel facilities and a multi-user cargo facility through PPPs. Skylark’s tasks include:
Advising the management team in the structure of potential PPP transactions
Identifying potential PPP partners in the airport space, both strategic and financial
Aiding in running the selection process and evaluating proposals received
