Skylark is engaged with a confidential client to carry out technical due diligence on the retendering of the Natal Airport concession. The project scope includes:
Undertaking a market study
Developing a traffic forecast including multiple scenarios
Full commercial due diligence analysing current commercial contracts and operations through documents on the virtual data room and local visits to the airport to determine potential contractual upsides and operational improvements
Developing an investor grade business plan model based on both commercial contracts and regulated income down to EBITDA level, using a transfer sheet for integration with models of other advisors
Analysing the current capacity of the airport terminal and runway systems and determining capital expenditure requirements to meet the traffic forecast
