Vertically integrated cargo community at miami international airport

Skylark provided advisory services to Vantage Airport Group in evaluating an opportunity to invest in the proposed Vertically Integrated Cargo Community (“VICC”) at Miami International Airport.  Skylark developed an air cargo market study and competitive assessment of the proposed equity investment into the VICC, which included an air cargo forecast, assessment of the cargo facilities, and analysis of revenue opportunities.
