Marcus leads the team from London, UK. He is an experienced industry veteran with over two decades expertise supporting investors and airport management unlock hidden value through operational improvement. His specific background and experience in Retail and Airport Commercial Development is used to lead the Commercial and Opex work streams in all assignments. Marcus has carried out significant commercial development projects at Luton Airport as an executive director resulting in 30% + revenue per passenger growth, and as a director of Bristol, Rome and Birmingham airports. Most recently he was involved in the transition management of London City Airport and Toulouse Airport for new investors and implemented major retail development and new commercial strategies at both airports.
He has a Masters degree in Business Administration (MBA) from Surrey University and a Bachelor of Science (BSc. Hons) from Bristol University.
