To support a private acquisition bid for London City Airport, members of Skylark’s team were engaged by Atlantia to conduct a due diligence of the asset. The tasks included:

Investor grade annual and peak hour traffic forecasts
Airport capacity analysis and future facility sizing requirements
Review of the current airport development plans
Commercial development plans and forecasts
Forecasts of aeronautical and non-aeronautical revenues, operating costs and capital costs
Site visit and management meetings.
