Skylark developed activity forecast and airline rates and charges strategy for a consortium bidding to reconstruct and operate the Central Terminal Building at LaGuardia Airport. The forecast and rates and charges models included the impact of inter-terminal competition at LaGuardia and inter-airport competition in the New York City region.
Skylark consultants also created the operating cost model to support a bidder for the terminal concession.
