GAP airports commercial review

Skylark team undertook a review of the commercial facilities at fur of GAP’s Mexican airports (Guadalajara, Tijuana and Puerto Vallarta), advising on the optimal space quantum and commercial mix to be included in the redeveloped terminals. This included:

Full planning elements involved a review of historical and forecast traffic segmentation, review of existing offer and KPIs, benchmarking of commercial offer and space, construction of a bespoke space supportable model and working alongside designers to develop the new commercial layouts. Revenue forecasts were also developed.

Recommendations were used by GAP to guide the commercial strategy at the airports.
