Fazrul is a highly experienced, committed expert with extensive experience building revenue and passenger traffic forecasts for a wide range of airlines and airports worldwide.
Over the past seventeen years, Fazrul’s work has primarily focused on the airport forecasting workstream in transaction, airport strategic planning and master planning projects, providing clients with advice on aviation market competitiveness, short- and long-term traffic forecasting, aeronautical yield modelling, and secondary peak traffic forecasting. Fazrul has extensive experience in reviewing and analysing management/vendor’s forecasts, identifying red-flag differences in assumptions from first principles, at the bottom-up, granular level, and analysing traffic outputs, at the top-down level, in relation to historical trends, benchmarks, and airline plans and providing clear and transparent analysis to support the forecast assumptions.
Fazrul has a Master's degree in Airport Planning and Management from Cranfield University and a Bachelor of Engineering from the University of Minnesota.
