To support a bidding consortium in their bid for Belgrade Airport in Serbia, members of Skylark’s team were engaged by a bidding consortium to conduct a due diligence of the asset. The tasks included:
Market and economic analysis relevant to the airport
Investor grade traffic forecasts
Airport capacity analysis and future facility sizing requirements
Commercial development plans and forecasts
Forecasts of aeronautical and non-aeronautical revenues, operating costs and capital costs
Site visit and management meetings.
