Al Bateen Airport Transformation
Skylark staff acted as the primary strategic and tactical advisor to ADAC in their efforts to convert the asset from a military to business aviation focus. The advisory services spanned all facets of the ADAC organization, including operations, finance, planning, marketing, and sales. In effect, Skylark’s consultants served as ADAC’s General Manager throughout the strategy and initial implementation phases of arguably the world’s most high-profile business aviation strategy project this decade. Specific tasks included:
